Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the ReeltyGenie website, request a free listing reel, or use ReeltyGenie to create property videos. By using the site or the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

ReeltyGenie helps real estate professionals create an AI clone and generate listing videos from property details. Features, turnaround, and availability can change as the product develops. A listing reel or a conversation with us is not a guarantee of a particular result, lead volume, or sale.

Ownership and licence

In this section, the Provider means ReeltyGenie, the client means you, and a Final Deliverable means a final marketing asset delivered to you through the service.

Except for Client Materials and third-party materials, the Provider retains all right, title, and interest in the ReeltyGenie platform, templates, prompts, workflows, source files, project files, drafts, and all generated or combined assets to the extent the Provider owns them. Client Materials include the client’s name, logo, brand elements, listing photographs, supplied copy, account credentials, voice, likeness, and other materials supplied or authorised by the client. The client retains ownership of Client Materials and grants the Provider a limited licence to use them solely to provide the services.

Once the client has paid all amounts due for a Final Deliverable, the Provider grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual licence to use that Final Deliverable solely to market the client’s own real-estate business. This licence does not transfer ownership of the Provider’s platform, templates, prompts, source files, working files, or reusable production methods. The client may not resell, sublicense, white-label, train an AI model on, or make the deliverable available for use by another business without the Provider’s written consent.

The Provider will not use the client’s name, logo, voice, likeness, account credentials, listing photographs, or confidential business information to create assets for another client without the client’s written consent. Output or materials governed by a third-party provider’s terms, including HeyGen, remain subject to those terms.

You confirm you have the rights needed to supply your materials, including your likeness and property images. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish, including facts, pricing, and fair-housing compliance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ReeltyGenie for unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory marketing.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Interfere with the site, attempt to access another customer’s account, or copy the service.
  • Use the AI clone or videos to impersonate someone without their permission.

Intellectual property

The ReeltyGenie name, logo, site design, and software belong to ReeltyGenie. Rights in Client Materials and Final Deliverables are described in Ownership and licence above. You may not use our branding except to identify that a video was made with ReeltyGenie, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Disclaimers

The site and the service are provided as available. AI-generated video, scripts, and captions can be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a specific number of inquiries, or that every video will meet a particular standard until you have approved it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ReeltyGenie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, leads, or listings, arising from your use of the site or the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
